A leading next-generation financial technology (FinTech) company Mukuru, that offers affordable and reliable financial services to a customer base of over 13 million across Africa, Asia and Europe, was looking to enhance brand visibility in Southern Africa, while also maximising the time of busy executives.
Solution
DUO proposed implementing an integrated digital campaign, which included repurposing editorial content, we were able to reach a wider audience, building brand awareness and credibility.
Results
The campaign theme “A formal lens on the informal” highlighted trust in the customer’s digital journey. Digital components included advertorials, video creation, and social media promotion, with a 3-minute case study videos. The videos were showcased on Forbes Africa’s channels and are also live on Mukuru’s owned platforms.
The campaign’s success emphasises the importance of blending digital strategies with traditional PR methods – and will serve as a guide for future campaigns for Mukuru.
